 I am senior bicultural HR leader with = 20 years of experience in HR in different positions, Iworked for Pharma Companies and my last experience is in a Biotech Company. My
main strength is to covert the business needs in HR Strategies, due to I had
experience also not just win working in HR but also in the side of the business
( in Bausch and Lomb as Interim Country Manager ). On the other hand, I
implemented the Talent Management Strategies, Performance Goal Setting Cycle,
Talent Development and Change Management programs basically in changing
Cultures and build trust as the main pillar of an organization. 

My strengths are: Interpersonal relations , strategic thinking, execution, rescilience and flexibility.
