Quality Support Specialist - Industrial Water
Please note our clients and projects are nationwide – This Project will be in Shreveport, LA
Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and technical support-related tasks to
support Quality as well as provide assistance and back-up support as needed for C-Core related
systems and programs including but not limited to business diversity, safety, project
information/controls, records retention and field personnel management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Maintain Quality project folders on company network which will include of QIPs, preconstruction minutes
- and site observation reports and all other Quality documents.
- Update QIP summary spreadsheets (for monthly meeting) and follow up with any missing data.
- Assist with preparing third party inspection and testing services agreements, and monitoring the inspection
- and testing results for compliance.
- Coordinate critical QIP meetings by ensuring peer reviews are printed, creating sign-off sheets and sending
- meeting requests.
- Assist with operations meeting preparation.
- Assist with preparing presentation materials for meetings led by Quality staff.
- Assist with the collection and data input associated with Quality metrics.
- Assist with lesson learned which include coordination of meeting; prepare agenda and maintaining all
- documentation and sharing information with associated committees.
- Assist in preparation of Qualigrams.
- Assist with awards programs which include Project of the Year and Look of Excellence.
- Assist with the coordination and data management of the customer surveys.
- Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports and maintain Quality staff travel calendar.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or applicable business
certification preferred. Minimum of eight years of office/clerical experience

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
